We are looking forward to seeing all the industry professionals gather together at the Hilton Garden Inn, Independence, MO to learn from leading industry professionals and network with decision makers from across the country.

This two-day event will advance your understanding of the new policies being developed and their effects, and will equip you with new skills necessary to compete in today’s changing environment The conference will feature plenty of networking opportunities mixed throughout the event, from the Awards Dinner and Opening Reception to the Expo Hall and the NABCEP installer training classes.

TRAINING Sponsorship $750 – limited to the first 6

The training sponsorships are available for any manufacturers providing a NABCEP certified course during the first day of the event. The sponsorship includes attendance for up to 3 attendees for the full two-day event, logo placement throughout the events, and includes a MOSEIA annual membership…a $750 value alone!

SUMMIT NETWORKING Sponsor Level – 6 available $1,000

The Summit level sponsorship is perfect for those who want to support our state policy objectives in a meaningful way and provide financial leadership to the industry. This package includes 2 full admission tickets and a monthly spotlight on the MOSEIA website.

KILOWATT Sponsor Level – 4 Sponsorships available $2,000

Kilowatt sponsors receive full admission for 3 attendees for the two-day event. You will receive logo placement throughout the event on all hand-out materials, including social media. You’ll also have a speaking opportunity to discuss your company’s clean energy initiatives, products or offers. Kilowatt sponsors can select the LUNCH, COCKTAIL RECEPTION, or TRAINING as their specific sponsorship activity.

MEGAWATT Sponsor Level – Headline Sponsor, only 1 available $4,000

This sponsorship includes the Headline position on all brochures, social media, website and email communications. It provides opportunity to address the conference. It also includes admission for 4 attendees for all events, meals, and activities and an exhibit table in the exhibitor’s hall. An added bonus is that includes MOSEIA annual membership…a value worth up to $4,000 for existing members.

Terms, Conditions and Covid-19 Safety

COVID-19 Safety Measures & Requirements

  • Do not attend if you have a fever or are experiencing other symptoms. We have a flexible refund policy or we can provide copies of event materials.

  • Hand washing, hand sanitizer and tissues will be readily available throughout the venue.

  • Passed appetizers will be offered during the Cocktail Networking Reception, Wednesday 10/13

  • Plated dinner service during the Awards Banquet, Wednesday 10/13

  • Individual Boxed-lunches, Thursday 10/14

  • Physical distance seating options for attendees and panelists

  • We ask that all attendees:

    • Be fully vaccinated, and/or

    • Have negative COVID-19 PCR or Rapid test result within 72 hours of the first day of the event, or

    • For added convenience, we will have a limited supply of Rapid Self-Administered tests available for FREE, compliments of Azimuth Energy!

  • Face masks optional for vaccinated attendees

Payment Policy

Credit Card: If an attendee pays with a credit card and the payment is approved, the registration will immediately become active and the attendee will receive a confirmation email.

Please Note: Payment is expected within thirty days of registration or invoice. A payment that exceeds30 days may lose any discounts or additional benefits at the time of posting notice of sponsorship procurement.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same company, prior to the event.

• Cancellations after September 20, 2021 are not refundable.

• Cancellation of a registration does not cancel an attendee’s hotel reservation. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations.

• All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@moseia.com. The date of email cancellation request will be considered the cancel date.

• In the event the conference is cancelled outright, MOSEIA’s liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration only.

MOSEIA Solar Summit Anti-Trust and Code of Conduct

MOSEIA provides a forum for exchange of ideas in a variety of settings including its annual meeting, educational programs, committee meetings, and Board meetings. This policy statement clearly and unequivocally supports the policy of competition served by the antitrust laws and to communicate the Association’s uncompromising policy to comply strictly in all respects with those laws.

Policy

In order to ensure that the Association and its members comply with antitrust laws, the following principles will be observed:

· The association or any committee, or activity of the Association shall not be used for the purpose of bringing about or attempting to bring about any understanding or agreement, written or oral, formal or informal, expressed or implied, among two or more members or other competitors with regard to prices or terms and conditions of contracts for services or products.

· There will be no discussions discouraging or withholding patronage or services from, or encouraging exclusive dealing with any supplier or purchaser or group of suppliers or purchasers of products or services, any actual or potential competitor or group of actual potential competitors, or any private or governmental entity.

· There will be no discussions about allocating or dividing geographic or service markets or customers

· There will be no discussions about restricting, limiting, prohibiting, or sanctioning advertising or solicitation that is not false, misleading, deceptive, or directly competitive with Association products or services.

At informal discussions at the site of any Association meeting all participants are expected to observe the same standards of personal conduct as are required of the Association in its compliance.

 

CODE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT: Be considerate and respectful. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. Alert event venue security or MOSEIA staff if you notice a dangerous or harassing situation or someone in distress.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT: Unacceptable behaviors include: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct by any attendee, speaker, partner, exhibitor, or volunteer of the event or related event activities. As an industry Attendees often combine professional activities with social interaction and while MOSEIA encourages such networking and strengthening of connections between participants, MOSEIA reserves the right to remove anyone whose social attentions become unwelcome to an attendee or exhibitor, who appears inebriated and who engages in conduct that interferes with the ability of other attendees and/or exhibitors to participate in and enjoy the event. Event participants are not permitted to bring firearms to the event.

CONSEQUENCES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR: Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated at the events whether by (including but not limited to) attendees, media, speakers, volunteers, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, or exhibitors. MOSEIA, at its discretion, may bar those who violate this code from continued attendance or participation in some or all of the events, without refund of any fees paid, and may in appropriate circumstances bar violators of this code from attendance or participation of future events.
